Terms of Service

The service is for adults only: you must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority in your country if it is higher. Minors may not use the service under any circumstances, not even with the permission or supervision of an adult. We may apply age checks and block access where there are indications that a user is a minor.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable permission to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and us.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption.

• We may suspend, interrupt, or modify the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance or for technical, security, or legal reasons.
• We are not responsible for failures outside our control, such as internet outages, attacks, or problems with your device or network.
• The costs of your internet or data connection are your responsibility.

You agree to use the service only for voluntary and lawful conversations.

• Harassment, impersonation, explicit sexual content, hate speech, and spam are prohibited.
• You must not bypass moderation, bans, or security measures.
• The detail of what is allowed and prohibited is in our Community Rules, which form part of these Terms.

Audio and video are transmitted in real time between participants, through a direct connection whenever possible, and are not recorded or stored on our servers. You keep all rights to the content you share; we do not claim ownership of it.

You are solely responsible for what you transmit, and you warrant that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or any law.

• Do not share content that breaches these Terms, our Rules, or the rights of other people.
• The design, logo, interface, and other elements of the service itself are our property and may not be used without permission.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• We may review activity and content when necessary to protect users and comply with the law.
• Any content that shows, suggests, or sexualizes people under 18 is strictly prohibited, as is any attempt at grooming or harassment of minors.
• Anyone who breaks this rule will be permanently banned.
• When we become aware of such material, we will remove it and close the accounts involved.
• If you come across content of this kind, report it immediately using the service's tools.

You agree not to jeopardize the security or operation of the service.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system, or breach its security or authentication measures.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service or extract data.
• Do not attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the software behind the service.
• Do not introduce viruses or overload, flood, or interfere with the service or with other people.

Use of the service is free. If your account has been banned, you may choose to pay an unban fee to restore access before the ban period ends.

• The payment is processed by an external provider; by making it, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you understand what you are purchasing.
• By its nature, the unban fee takes effect immediately and is generally non-refundable, unless applicable law provides otherwise or the unban is not carried out.
• If you have questions about a payment, write to us at support@ovmni.cam before making it.

The service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices; you access them at your own risk.

You may link to the service as long as you do not imply a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. Embedding or framing parts of the service on other sites requires our prior written permission.

We may limit, suspend, or close your access to the service, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or our Rules, or if you pose a risk to the community.

• To enforce these rules we may use technical and legal means, including blocking IP addresses.
• The length of temporary bans is determined by us and may vary depending on severity.
• We may suspend or close accounts when we have reasonable grounds to believe they belong to a minor.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. As a random video service, you assume responsibility for the content you choose to share and for your interactions with other people.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from use of the service. You agree to hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your conduct or your content.

You can report any abuse or breach using the service's reporting tools or by writing to support@ovmni.cam. Responding to a violation with another one may also lead to your access being limited.

We may change these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the service; continued use or keeping your account active means you accept the current version.
