How we match you (no smoke)
OVMNI doesn't roll the dice blindly: it uses a weighted-preference system.
Think of it as a scale. The compatibility of who you want to connect with is always respected. From there, we add points for affinity: if you picked a country, being there brings you closer; and having interests in common brings you closer. Where you're from and what language you speak add nothing on their own.
So no one is left waiting, we also count time in the queue: the longer someone has been waiting, the more priority they get. And we avoid immediately re-pairing you with the last person you talked to.
The result: fast matches, but with more sense than pure randomness.
